My objective is to leverage the skills and knowledge gained from 25 years in global oil and gas operations management to help individuals and organisations to perform. 

GM STRATEGY SHELL AUSTRALIA 

Responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy for all Shell Australia’s Gas assets.  Achievements:

• Led development of the gas strategy and aligned with other Shell Australia assets (power, renewables, LNG operated and non-operated assets)
• Identified opportunities for carbon reduction and cleaner energy utilization across power and LNG assets. 
• Implemented enhanced employee experiences in a COVID normal world
• Australian lead for the Shell global reorganization project and implemented processes to support a 20% reduction in the local work force

ASSET MANAGER SHELL AUSTRALLIA 

Accountable for the safe, compliant and efficient operations of the Shell Prelude Floating LNG facility at the commencement of production.  Responsible for operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, marine and aviation. 

Organisation size (staff & contractors) ~2000 people located across 4 work locations - Prelude (Browse Basin), Broome Aviation & Supply Base, Darwin Warehouse and Perth head office.

OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SHELL USA, UK AND AUSTRALIA

Multiple roles in with accountability for safe, compliant and efficient operations and maintenance of Shell facilities in Australia, the United States of America and the United Kingdom.  

Roles included:

• Operations and Maintenance Manager Shell Chemicals USA – Solvent and Phenol Production Units
• Operations and Maintenance Manager Shell UK Floating Production Storage and Offtake (FPSO) facilities 
• Maintenance Manager Shell Australia Browse FLNG development – operations readiness 
• Maintenance Manager Shell Australia Prelude FLNG – project to asset transition, commissioning and startup
